Eight Key MobiFone Leaders Integrated into the People’s Public Security Forces

According to the People’s Public Security, on the afternoon of October 19, the Ministry of Public Security held a ceremony to announce the decision to recruit into the People’s Public Security and confer officer ranks on eight key leaders of MobiFone Telecommunications Corporation.

At the ceremony, Lieutenant General Hoàng Đức Lừng, Director of the Organization and Personnel Department, announced the decisions of the Minister of Public Security regarding the recruitment into the People’s Public Security force and the conferment of professional officer ranks on eight key leaders of MobiFone, including:

Mr. Tô Mạnh Cường, Member of the Board of Members (BOM), General Director;

Ms. Nguyễn Thị Nhung, Member of the BOM;

Mr. Nguyễn Thành Công, Member of the BOM;

Mr. Vĩnh Tuấn Bảo, Deputy General Director;

Mr. Thiềm Công Nguyên, Deputy General Director;

Mr. Nguyễn Đình Tuấn, Deputy General Director;

Mr. Bùi Sơn Nam, Deputy General Director;

Mr. Nguyễn Quang Tiến, Standing Deputy Secretary of the MobiFone Party Committee.

Minister of Public Security Lương Tam Quang emphasized that after 8 months of transitioning from the Commission for the Management of State Capital at Enterprises to the Ministry of Public Security, becoming a company directly serving national security and defense, MobiFone Telecommunications Corporation has shown initial signs of transformation, gradually aligning with the activities of the armed forces. It has made preliminary contributions to implementing Resolution 57 of the Politburo within the People’s Public Security, particularly in providing technological solutions and digital transformation.

Assigning tasks to MobiFone Telecommunications Corporation, Minister Lương Tam Quang urged the company to vigorously innovate its thinking and methods of action, resolutely implement its development strategy, and strive to become a leading enterprise in telecommunications and technology. The goal is to not only have a significant impact domestically but also to reach regional and international levels.

On behalf of the key personnel recruited and conferred with officer ranks, Colonel Tô Mạnh Cường, General Director of MobiFone, affirmed his commitment to actively study, cultivate, and uphold the heroic traditions of the People’s Public Security. He pledged to build a strong MobiFone collective and successfully achieve the goals and targets set forth in the Resolution of the MobiFone Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term.

Also at the ceremony, Mr. Trương Sơn Lâm, Chairman of the Board of Members of MobiFone Telecommunications Corporation, launched a 90-day competition campaign with the motto “Breakthrough, Swiftness – All-out Effort to Complete.” The campaign aims to achieve and exceed revenue and profit growth targets for 2025.
