FLC Group Joint Stock Company has recently announced the receipt of tax enforcement decisions issued by the Thanh Hoa Provincial Tax Department, pertaining to an outstanding tax debt exceeding 69 billion VND. According to the tax authority, FLC Group has overdue tax liabilities surpassing 90 days from the stipulated payment deadline. Consequently, the Local Tax Office No. 2 has issued multiple tax enforcement decisions against the company.
The total enforced amount is 69.2 billion VND, to be collected via the deduction of funds from FLC’s accounts at various commercial banks and transferred to the State Treasury of Region XI – National Accounting Department. The banks receiving the enforcement decisions include Vietcombank, VietinBank, VPBank, Agribank, OCB, and other institutions where FLC holds payment accounts. Each decision mandates banks to deduct funds within the scope of FLC’s account balances for submission to the tax authority’s account, effective from October 14 to November 12, 2025.
This tax enforcement against FLC occurs amid the group’s ongoing restructuring efforts following prolonged senior personnel changes and financial challenges.
Previously, on October 9, 2025, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Tax Department issued a decision to enforce tax collection by suspending invoice usage for FLC Samson Golf & Resort LLC due to outstanding tax debts. The company, a subsidiary of FLC Group, faces enforcement for overdue taxes exceeding 90 days from the payment deadline, with the enforced amount totaling over 25.7 billion VND.
In separate developments, during the second extraordinary 2025 Shareholders’ Meeting of Tre Viet Aviation Joint Stock Company (Bamboo Airways), FLC Group agreed to reassume operational control of Bamboo Airways after over two years of unsuccessful restructuring under new investor management.
