DIC Chairman Aggressively Buys Shares, Increasing Ownership to Over 11%
Mr. Nguyễn Đức Hải, Chairman of the Board of Directors of DIC Corporation (UPCoM: DIC), reported purchasing nearly 1.6 million DIC shares, exceeding his initial registration of 200,000 shares for the period from September 19 to October 17.
Following the transaction, Mr. Hải’s ownership stake rose from 5.35% (1.4 million shares) to 11.47% (nearly 3 million shares).
Market data reveals that from September 19 to October 10, 1.87 million DIC shares were traded on the order book, with no negotiated transactions, totaling over 2 billion VND. It is estimated that Mr. Hải spent approximately 1.7 billion VND to increase his holdings in the company.
Company Linked to Chairman Vũ Đình Độ Completes 30% Acquisition of Tasco
VII Holding, a company associated with Tasco’s Chairman Vũ Đình Độ, announced the completion of purchasing over 320 million shares of Tasco (HNX: HUT) from September 10 to October 9, 2025.
This acquisition represents 30% of HUT’s capital. With this purchase, VII Holding has become the largest shareholder of the company. Prior to the transaction, VII Holding held no HUT shares.
VII Holding was established in May 2024 in Bắc Ninh, with Mr. Vũ Đình Độ, Tasco’s Chairman, contributing 65% of the capital and serving as both Chairman and legal representative.
C32 Chairman Aims to Increase Ownership to Nearly 10%
Mr. Từ Vĩnh Trung, Chairman of the Board of Directors of C32 Investment and Construction Corporation (HOSE: C32), has registered to purchase nearly 1.4 million C32 shares, planning to invest over 27 billion VND. The transaction period is from October 17 to November 14. Upon completion, Mr. Trung’s ownership is expected to rise from 0.67% to 9.98%, equivalent to nearly 1.5 million shares, making him a major shareholder.
Ms. Bùi Thu Huyền, a non-executive Board member and Mr. Trung’s wife, is currently the largest shareholder with a 24.35% stake. If the transaction is successful, the couple’s combined ownership in C32 will increase to 34.33%.
National Securities Eyes Additional 10 Million SAM Shares
National Securities Corporation (NSI) has registered to purchase an additional 10 million shares of SAM Holdings (HOSE: SAM), aiming to increase its ownership from 1.68% to 4.31%, equivalent to nearly 16.4 million shares. The transaction is scheduled from October 21 to November 19.
Based on SAM’s closing price of 7,010 VND/share on October 17, the total transaction value is estimated at around 70 billion VND if the full registered amount is purchased.
Bảo Lâm Holdings Continues to Offload 3 Million OGC Shares
Bảo Lâm Holdings Investment and Management Company reported selling only 1.4 million out of the 8 million registered shares of Ocean Group Corporation (HOSE: OGC), achieving just over 17% of its target. The reason cited was that the share price did not meet expectations.
The transaction took place from September 22 to October 15. Following this sale, Bảo Lâm Holdings’ ownership in OGC decreased from 3.84% to 3.38%, equivalent to over 10.1 million shares. The estimated transaction value, based on an average price of 4,186 VND/share during the period, is approximately 5.8 billion VND.
Failing to meet its initial goal, Bảo Lâm Holdings has registered to sell an additional 3 million OGC shares from October 21 to November 17. If successful, the company’s ownership will decrease to 2.38%, equivalent to approximately 7.1 million shares.
