On October 19, the People’s Committee of Lam Dong Province announced the finalization of procedures for the 2025 land use rights auction. The auction will cover various plots managed by the Provincial Land Fund Development Center.

A standout in the catalog is Zone I of the new Ham Tien – Mui Ne Commercial and Service Urban Area, located along Vo Nguyen Giap Street, spanning Mui Ne and Phu Thuy wards. This prime land covers over 48 hectares (483,923 m²), designated for residential and commercial use. Its strategic position along the coastal axis makes it a hub for high-end tourism projects.

Additionally, the province will auction the Thong Xanh Restaurant and Hotel plot (4,255.6 m²) in Duc Nghia Ward and a 3,999.7 m² plot reclaimed from the Tien Phong Mechanical Cooperative in Phan Thiet Ward.

The provincial government has mandated that local authorities resolve all encroachment issues and ensure the land is in its original state before the auction. The Provincial Land Fund Development Center will oversee boundary checks, land clearance, and resident relocation.

These auctions aim to optimize land use, boost budget revenue, attract investment, and drive socio-economic development in the province.
