According to the plan issued on October 18, 2025, the auction list includes Zone 1 of the land fund along Vo Nguyen Giap Street, Phu Thuy Ward, Mui Ne. This land was reclaimed by the People’s Committee of Binh Thuan Province (formerly) and allocated to the Binh Thuan Infrastructure Investment and Land Development Fund (now the Provincial Land Development Center) in 2006. The provincial People’s Committee has mandated the termination of encroachment and the preservation of the land’s original state during the auction process.

A report from the Department of Agriculture and Environment in July 2025 revealed that the new plan for utilizing the land along Vo Nguyen Giap Street was approved by the Standing Committee of the Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee (formerly) in November 2023. The plan covers over 800 hectares, divided into 3 groups and 7 zones. Among these, the auction group includes two zones: Zone 1 for residential land auction (48.4 hectares) and Zone 2 for commercial service land auction (9.7 hectares). These are considered prime lands due to their strategic location on both sides of Vo Nguyen Giap Street in Mui Ne.

The prime land spans nearly 48.4 hectares. Previously, this area was part of the land fund along DT.706B Road, divided into plots numbered 24, 25, 26, and 27.

Additionally, the People’s Committee of Lam Dong Province is auctioning the Thong Xanh Restaurant and Hotel land in Dong Gia Nghia Ward, along with its assets, including the Thong Xanh Restaurant and Hotel, renovations to the Victory Hotel, and newly constructed components on plot 01. The dining and preparation areas within the restaurant’s premises are part of plot 02. This restaurant and hotel land, previously owned by Gia Nghia Limited Liability Company, was reclaimed by the provincial People’s Committee and entrusted to the Provincial Land Development Center for management.

Furthermore, the provincial People’s Committee has directed the acceleration of procedures to auction nearly 4,000 square meters of land reclaimed from the Tien Phong Mechanical Cooperative in Phan Thiet Ward.
