The project is located in Đak Đoa, KDang, and Ia Băng communes, Gia Lai province, spanning approximately 457.5 hectares with a total investment of 1.675 trillion VND.

Developed by Tay Nguyen Energy Resource Technology JSC, the project aims to establish a high-tech research, application, and technology transfer center for advanced agricultural production. Its goal is to create a leading model of high-tech agriculture in the Central Highlands region.

The project includes integrated components such as: a research zone, a high-tech experimentation area, a seed demonstration zone, a closed production zone, and post-harvest processing facilities. It incorporates smart irrigation systems, environmental sensors, and digitized care processes to meet international quality standards.

Key products focus on high-value and export-potential crops: specialty coffee, durian, avocado, passion fruit, mango, turmeric, sweet corn, bell peppers, Japanese cucumbers, alongside a standardized seedling system for large-scale commercial production.

Additionally, the project serves as a technology transfer hub, providing advanced training for farmers, cooperatives, and businesses in the province. It bridges Gia Lai’s agricultural products to deeper integration into domestic and international supply chains.

Upon completion, the project is expected to supply over 28,000 tons of agricultural products annually and approximately 1.83 million seedlings of various types.

Established in March 2020, Tay Nguyen Energy Resource Technology JSC is headquartered in Pleiku City, Gia Lai, specializing in electrical infrastructure construction. With a registered capital of 980 billion VND (Mrs. Duong Quynh Hoa – CEO holds 80%, Mr. Dinh Quang Tri 10%, and Mr. Bui Huy Duc 10%), the company underwent leadership changes in August 2022, appointing Mrs. Nguyen Thuy Lam Phuong as CEO. The three founding shareholders fully divested their stakes. In February this year, the company reduced its registered capital to 565 billion VND.

Mrs. Phuong also serves as Director of Dak Po Industrial Development Investment Co., Ltd., with a capital of 171.6 billion VND. Tay Nguyen Energy Resource Technology JSC holds 85%, and Anh Phat Investment Construction and Trading Corporation holds 15%.
