The PVF Stadium is located within the PVF Youth Football Training Center in Nghia Tru Commune, Hung Yen Province. The project is funded by the Ministry of Public Security, with Vinhomes JSC, a Vingroup subsidiary, as the main contractor.
At the ceremony, Mr. Pham Thieu Hoa, Chairman of Vinhomes JSC, stated that the PVF Stadium is envisioned as a top-tier sports facility in Asia, part of a 92-hectare sports and service complex. With a 60,000-seat capacity, it meets FIFA standards and can host major international events like the World Cup.
Vinhomes’ leadership added that the PVF Stadium is Vietnam’s first to feature an advanced automatic retractable roof, modeled after the AT&T Stadium (USA), currently the world’s largest retractable-roof stadium. The PVF Stadium’s roof can fully open or close in just 12 to 20 minutes, a first in Vietnam.
“Given the significance of this key sports project, we are committed to its urgent, disciplined, and highly responsible execution. We will deploy the best resources, closely manage quality, progress, and safety at every stage. Each component will be rigorously implemented to ensure compliance with design, technical standards, and legal regulations,” said Mr. Pham Thieu Hoa.
Additionally, the main contractor pledged to prioritize sustainability, environmental protection, landscape preservation, and absolute safety for workers.

Currently, the My Dinh National Stadium (with approximately 40,000 seats) is Vietnam’s largest sports venue. However, the newly launched PVF Stadium surpasses it in both scale and technology.
The PVF Stadium covers over 55,000 m², seating 60,000 (1.5 times My Dinh’s capacity), featuring four main stands (A, B, C, D) and specialized areas for technical operations, security, broadcasting, media, players, VIPs, and food services. It also includes an 18-hectare outdoor plaza and modern parking facilities.
The stadium’s roof uses advanced PTFE material, blocking UV rays and reducing noise, ensuring a cool interior while saving energy and maintaining long-term durability.
The field employs hybrid modular grass technology, combining natural and synthetic fibers for enhanced durability, rapid drainage, high load capacity, and easy maintenance. Each grass module is independently removable, allowing flexible field conversion for professional sports events or national and international cultural activities.
The PVF Stadium integrates a large LED screen system and advanced sound and lighting for live broadcasts, delivering a vivid visual experience to spectators.
With its modern design and cutting-edge technology, the PVF Stadium will not only support physical training and morale for People’s Public Security officers but also serve as a hub for national and international events, fostering cultural, sports, and tourism exchanges.
