Regarding the incident of multiple individuals gathering outside the mansion of Ngan Collagen (real name Tran Thi Bich Ngan, born in 1995, from Ca Mau) in Hung Phu Ward, on October 21st, according to a source from Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper, Mr. L.T.T (Ms. Ngan’s husband) has submitted a petition to the Hung Phu Ward Police, Can Tho City.

“The petition has been forwarded to the security team for processing. Over the past few days, the ward police have dispatched officers to Ms. Ngan’s residence to explain the situation to the public (those filming and taking photos). As of now, the police have not taken any action regarding Ngan Collagen,” stated an officer from Hung Phu Ward Police.
As previously reported, numerous videos and images of Ngan Collagen’s 500 billion VND mansion have been circulating on social media in recent days. Many individuals have also livestreamed from the location, attracting a significant number of views and comments.

Following the arrest and prosecution of Ngan 98 (Vo Thi Ngoc Ngan), Ngan Collagen’s official TikTok account has switched to private mode, no longer displaying public videos. This change means that only selected friends or acquaintances can view the content, rather than the entire platform user base.
On her personal Facebook page, which has over 4,000 friends, Ngan Collagen has disabled comments and limited public interaction.

A review of the public service software revealed that these two products have not been granted product registration certificates or advertising content confirmation by the Food Safety Department as required by regulations.
