The “Enterprise of Choice 2025” program, an annual initiative co-hosted by CareerViet and Amco Vietnam, celebrates standout companies favored by Vietnamese employees. In its debut year, NCB secured a spot in this prestigious ranking, showcasing its growing appeal as an employer, particularly in finance and banking.

This year’s program engaged over 88,000 participants, with 87% being experienced professionals and 25% in managerial roles, representing 6,700+ top companies across 20 industries. The transparent survey highlights employee perspectives on workplace culture, growth opportunities, and corporate values.

In its first appearance, NCB outperformed industry giants, clinching four accolades: Top 3 – Most Loved by Internal Employees (Large Enterprises); Top 8 – Finance, Banking & Securities (Large Enterprises); Top 21 – Best Candidate Experience; and Top 32 – Most Loved Enterprises 2025 (Large Enterprises).

These achievements underscore NCB’s rising employer brand and validate its strategic focus on fostering a happy, cohesive, and sustainable workplace.
