VinFast Launches Nationwide Customer Feedback Survey
VinFast has recently announced a large-scale customer feedback survey targeting nearly 300,000 of its vehicle owners across the country. The survey, running from October 20 to 26, aims to gather insights on the company’s after-sales services, focusing on staff conduct, repair speed and quality, and technician expertise. Participants will also have the opportunity to provide feedback on their overall product experience.
The collected data will be used to develop strategies for service improvements in the coming months. As a token of appreciation, participants will receive 50 VPoints upon completion of the survey, delivered via email and the VinFast app.
VinFast’s survey aims to collect feedback from nearly 300,000 vehicle owners.
Ahead of the survey, VinFast swiftly launched a special support program for customers affected by recent flooding. The initiative offers up to 40% discounts on replacement parts for uninsured vehicles (30% covered by VinFast, with dealers contributing the remainder) and a 500,000 VND insurance deductible waiver for insured vehicles.
Additionally, customers who self-repaired their vehicles before the policy announcement can convert their expenses into vouchers. VinFast has also streamlined insurance procedures and mobilized resources to expedite repairs, reducing downtime for affected customers.

For electric motorcycles, a separate support mechanism is in place until November 15, 2025, offering 10% discounts on high-value components like batteries and motors, and 30% on other parts. This program is available in Hanoi, Cao Bang, and Thai Nguyen.
With hundreds of thousands of customers participating, the survey and feedback collection will provide valuable insights to enhance service quality and ensure customer satisfaction.
