Mention Nha Trang, and most travelers immediately think of its stunning beaches, crystal-clear waters, and pristine offshore islands. Located in the Central region of Vietnam, Nha Trang, and Khanh Hoa province in general, have become a favorite destination for visitors from Ho Chi Minh City.

Since 2023, traveling here by private vehicle has become much more convenient and easier, thanks to the opening of the Nha Trang – Cam Lam Expressway. Previously, the journey from Ho Chi Minh City to Nha Trang took up to 10 hours. However, with the new expressway, the travel time has been reduced to just 5 hours. This has made short trips more feasible for busy travelers.

The project, executed by Son Hai Group, not only enhances convenience for tourists but also significantly boosts local tourism and trade development.

The Nha Trang – Cam Lam Expressway, spanning over 49 km, is a crucial part of Vietnam’s national infrastructure development strategy. With a total investment of 7.6 trillion VND, the expressway officially opened on May 19, 2023, three months ahead of schedule. The project was undertaken by Son Hai Group, a leading name in Vietnam’s construction industry.

Notably, Son Hai Group has made a unique commitment to the project’s quality and warranty. The expressway will be under warranty for 10 years, demonstrating the group’s dedication to sustainability and construction excellence.

The Nha Trang – Cam Lam Expressway is more than just a transportation project; it’s a catalyst for regional economic growth. It is expected to become a vital artery connecting Ho Chi Minh City with Khanh Hoa and other Central provinces, reducing congestion on existing national highways. This will enhance cargo transportation efficiency and provide tourists with quicker access to Khanh Hoa’s famous attractions.

Son Hai Group has invested heavily in modern construction technology, ensuring traffic safety and project quality. With a 10-year warranty, the group aims to affirm that the expressway not only ensures convenience for travelers but also improves the quality of life for local residents.

Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa – The Ideal Destination for Short Getaways

As mentioned earlier, travelers from Ho Chi Minh City can now reach Nha Trang in just 5 hours by car, compared to the previous 9-10 hours. This is a significant improvement for those who love short trips or day excursions.

Now, visitors can enjoy a morning coffee in Saigon and still have time to relax under Nha Trang’s sunset by evening. After a day of exploration, they can return home to resume their daily routines the next day.
