During the overnight trading session ending this morning, October 22nd (Vietnam time), Robusta coffee prices on the London exchange surged by 2.3%-2.63%, with distant delivery contracts outpacing nearby ones.
Robusta Coffee Prices Soar
Specifically, Robusta coffee prices for various delivery months are as follows:
November 2025: $4,620/ton, up $104/ton.
January 2026: $4,574/ton, up $110/ton.
March 2026: $4,509/ton, up $114/ton.
May 2026: $4,452/ton, up $114/ton.
Today’s domestic coffee market is expected to see a significant uptick, building on the average price of 114,300 VND/kg before the London session began.
The lowest price was recorded in Lam Dong at 113,500 VND/kg, while Dak Lak saw the highest prices ranging from 114,500 to 116,600 VND/kg. Fresh Robusta coffee beans are priced between 20,000 and 24,000 VND/kg, with fresh Arabica exceeding 30,000 VND/kg.
On the New York exchange, Arabica prices continued to rise, with the December 2025 contract climbing $170/ton to $9,120/ton.
Amid forecasts of a bumper 2025-2026 harvest in Vietnam, these high prices are a double celebration for farmers after a year of dedicated care.

In related news, the UK market has shown positive growth. According to Vietnam Customs, in the first nine months of 2025, Vietnam exported 28,300 tons of coffee to the UK, valued at $171.5 million, marking a 24.2% increase in volume and a 70% rise in value compared to the same period in 2024, driven by higher export prices.
Data from the International Trade Centre (ITC) reveals that in the first seven months of 2025, the UK imported 130,500 tons of coffee globally, a 0.1% decrease in volume but a 43.8% increase in value year-over-year.
Vietnam remains the second-largest coffee supplier to the UK (after Brazil), with its market share rising from 15% to 20% during this period.
In the first seven months of 2025, the UK imported 25,600 tons of coffee from Vietnam, a 28% increase in volume and a 107% surge in value.
