At the Five Star Odyssey site, the land is newly fenced with natural grass and soil still present, and landfilling has not begun. The slower progress compared to Poseidon indicates the developer’s phased approach to manage resources and timelines, a common strategy for multi-trillion VND projects.

Both Poseidon and Odyssey towers are engineered to withstand strong winds and Vũng Tàu’s salty coastal environment. The steel-reinforced concrete structure and deep anti-settling system ensure durability in sandy coastal foundations.
