Noble Crystal Tay Ho WorldHotels Residence: Preparing to Top Off Towers, Ready for Handover from Q2/2027
Nestled on prime land within the Ciputra urban area, Noble Crystal Tay Ho WorldHotels Residence comprises 5 towers, each soaring 40 stories high. It boasts the first collection of branded Sky Villas in West Tay Ho. From its launch, the project has captivated with its four prime facades, panoramic views of the Red River and West Lake, bespoke luxury interiors, 5-star management standards, and over 50 high-end amenities seamlessly integrated from ground level to the rooftop.

As of the third week of October, the project has completed 100% of the structure for the 3 basement levels, with the main body reaching the 39th floor, preparing to top off several towers.
Beyond its impressive array of amenities, Noble Crystal Tay Ho WorldHotels Residence is achieving significant milestones in construction progress. As of the third week of October 2025, the entire 3-level basement structure is 100% complete, and the main body has reached the 39th floor out of 40, with preparations underway to top off several towers.

Infrastructure, landscaping, and amenities are being accelerated to ensure residents can fully enjoy a world-class living environment.
Simultaneously, finishing work is progressing systematically: interior walls are being constructed to define functional spaces within the apartments, and the entire facade is being clad in Lemurian Blue semi-precious stone—a granite likened to “blue jade,” typically reserved for high-end interior details. This stone reflects light uniquely, creating an exclusive aesthetic and ensuring the project’s long-term durability. The facades of all 5 towers are being clad in this semi-precious stone, delivering a distinctive visual effect and enduring quality.
A critical component is the core landscape area, which is being greened with a lake, central pool, and flowerbeds. The structure and waterproofing are complete, and technical piping systems are being installed.

Upon completion, the ground-level entertainment complex will feature a nearly 0.5km artificial lake and over 20 premium amenities, including a central plaza, gazebos, a four-season garden, outdoor sports areas, and a children’s playground.
The 5-level commercial area (floors 1–5) with its striking open-floor design on levels 4–5 is taking shape, poised to create West Tay Ho’s first and longest elevated shopping, dining, and entertainment street, spanning all 5 towers.
With its legal framework complete, the project launched sales in 2024 and is scheduled for handover in Q2/2027, set to become Hanoi’s new luxury real estate icon.
