Touch of Love Charity Fund Officially Launches: Where Love Connects, Happiness Blossoms

Beyond material contributions, we aim to build trust and encourage a spirit of sharing, enabling every Vietnamese to “touch” love and ensuring love “reaches” everyone.

Spreading Humanity – Building Vietnam’s Top Digital Volunteering Platform

The Cham Yeu Thuong Fund was born not just from a volunteering idea, but from the emotional journeys of its founders—individuals who have witnessed and aided many fragile, unfortunate lives. These “touches,” where compassion and the desire to share meet, inspired the creation of a sustainable love-connecting platform. Here, every contribution, no matter how small, is valued and spreads goodness. Alongside the government’s efforts to expand social welfare and healthcare, there are gaps that community strength and compassion can fill. Charitable funds like Cham Yeu Thuong not only support public policies but also enrich societal spiritual life.

Following its launch in Q4 2025, Cham Yeu Thuong plans to allocate a VND 20 billion budget for healthcare and physical, mental well-being support for children nationwide through three core projects: Sowing the Future, Sowing Life, and Sowing Hope. This year, the Fund aims to directly support over 10,000 vulnerable individuals, including children, impoverished patients, and at-risk communities across Vietnam.

At the launch, Mrs. Nguyen Van Linh, Vice Chair of the Founding Board and Management Board of Cham Yeu Thuong Fund, shared: “Cham Yeu Thuong was established with the ambition to bridge compassion and tangible actions, transforming love into specific sharing through a transparent, effective, and sustainable volunteering mechanism. With the vision to become Vietnam’s leading digital volunteering platform, we aim for everyone to easily participate, be empowered, and connect to spread positive community values.”

Transparent Operations – Sustainable Commitment

On its volunteering journey, Cham Yeu Thuong inspires every Vietnamese to join hands in building a more humane, better society, emphasizing four core values: Transparency, Value Connection, Community Impact, and Sustainable Influence. Under state agency supervision and regular independent audits, the Fund ensures transparency in all activities: information, finance, and impact. All revenue and expenditures are clearly disclosed, allowing donors, partners, and the public to track each program’s real impact. This governance principle not only builds the Fund’s credibility but also ensures every contribution, no matter how small, is recognized, managed, and directed effectively.

In the 2025-2026 key deployment phase, Cham Yeu Thuong focuses on two flagship projects: “Sowing Life” and “Sowing Hope.” “Sowing Life” provides nutritious meals to impoverished children in remote areas, aiming to reduce school malnutrition, improve health, and enable children to grow comprehensively, healthy, confident, and happy. Meanwhile, “Sowing Hope” supports patients’ mental well-being through books and art, nurturing optimism and dreams during treatment. These projects highlight the Fund’s pioneering role in collaborating with Vietnam’s healthcare sector to care for, protect, and nurture the future, where every “touch” holds healing and regenerative power.

As a bridge between compassion and tangible actions, Cham Yeu Thuong has garnered support from pioneering organizations and individuals. At the launch, the Fund announced key sponsors, including Techcombank and the Masterise Group, One Mount ecosystem. As Vietnam’s leading commercial bank, Techcombank’s sponsorship provides a solid foundation for the Fund’s activities.
