According to recent statistics, 13 companies announced dividend rights issuances for the week of October 27–31. Among these, 6 companies are distributing cash dividends, with the highest rate at 20% and the lowest at 3.5%. Additionally, 5 companies are offering stock dividends, 1 is conducting a share issuance, and 1 is granting bonus shares during this period.
Tien Phong Commercial Joint Stock Bank (TPBank – Code: TPB) has announced October 31 as the final registration date for shareholders to receive a 5% stock dividend. Shareholders owning 100 shares as of the record date will be entitled to 5 additional new shares.
Consequently, the bank will issue over 132 million shares to pay dividends to shareholders. The source of funding will be from undistributed profits after provisioning as of December 31, 2024, as per the audited consolidated financial statements for 2024.
Following the issuance, TPBank’s charter capital will increase by up to nearly 1,321 billion VND, from 26,420 billion VND to over 27,740 billion VND.
Earlier, at the 2025 Annual General Meeting, TPBank approved a total dividend payout plan of 15% for the year. The bank has already distributed a 10% cash dividend in May 2025. This marks the third consecutive year TPBank has paid dividends in both cash and stock.
On October 31, Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical Joint Stock Company (BSR – HOSE) will finalize its shareholder list for two dividend and share issuance plans totaling 61.5%. BSR plans to issue over 1.9 billion shares to execute these rights.
Specifically, the company will issue more than 930 million shares as a 30% stock dividend, meaning shareholders holding 100 shares will receive 30 new shares. Additionally, BSR will issue over 976.6 million bonus shares at a 31.5% rate, equivalent to 31.5 new shares for every 100 held.
Post-issuance, the company’s charter capital will increase from approximately 31,005 billion VND to around 50,073 billion VND.
Tay Ninh Tourism and Trading Joint Stock Company (HNX: TTT) has announced a 20% cash dividend for 2024, equivalent to 2,000 VND per share. The ex-dividend date is October 28, with payment expected from November 25.
With nearly 4.6 million shares outstanding, TTT is projected to allocate approximately 9 billion VND for this year’s dividend payment. This marks the fifth consecutive year the company has maintained a 20% payout ratio and the 12th consecutive year of cash dividend distribution.
