Gia Lộc Industrial Park Developer Raises VND 1 Trillion Through Bond Issuance

TNI Nam Quang, the developer of Gia Lộc Industrial Park, has successfully raised VND 1,000 billion through a bond issuance.

According to the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX), Nam Quang Infrastructure Investment and Development Joint Stock Company (TNI Nam Quang) has recently reported the results of its private bond issuance.

On October 21, 2025, TNI Nam Quang issued 10,000 corporate bonds under the code TNQ32501, with a face value of VND 100 million per bond, successfully raising VND 1 trillion.

These bonds have a maturity period of 108 months, expected to mature on October 21, 2034. The fixed interest rate is 9.1% per annum, with interest payable in a single installment upon maturity.

Established in 2005, TNI Nam Quang is headquartered in Nam Sach Industrial Park, Ai Quoc Ward, Hai Phong City.

Initially, the company’s primary business was real estate trading. However, in April 2020, it shifted its focus to short-term accommodation services.

As of September 2020, the company increased its charter capital to VND 2,015 billion. Since June 2022, Ms. Trieu Thanh An (born in 1987) has served as the Chairwoman of the Board of Directors and the legal representative of the company.

TNI Nam Quang is the developer of several industrial parks, including: Nam Sach Industrial Park (62.42 ha), Phuc Dien Industrial Park (82.88 ha), Tan Truong Industrial Park (198 ha), and Gia Loc Industrial Park in Gia Loc District, Hai Duong Province (now part of Hai Phong City), spanning 198 ha.

Beyond industrial parks, the company is also the developer of numerous residential real estate projects.

In May 2019, TNI Nam Quang was selected as the investor for the Urban Development Project 7A in Song Hien Ward, Cao Bang City (formerly Cao Bang Province).

In June 2021, the company was chosen to develop two projects: Ba Co Urban Housing Area and Cu Hang Urban Housing Area, both located in Thanh Thuy Town, Thanh Thuy District (formerly Phu Tho Province).

In September 2022, TNI Nam Quang was approved as the investor for the Block III Residential Area project in Cao Loc Town, Cao Loc District (formerly Lang Son Province).

TNI Nam Quang has also partnered with several companies within the ROX Group ecosystem, led by businesswoman Nguyen Thi Nguyet Huong, to undertake various housing projects.

In collaboration with My Real Estate Joint Stock Company, TNI Nam Quang is developing the Ngã Bảy 2 New Urban Area and the Hoa Binh Town New Urban Area (formerly in Bac Lieu Province, now part of Ca Mau Province).

Partnering with Viet Han Trading – Advertising – Construction – Real Estate Joint Stock Company, TNI Nam Quang is involved in projects such as the Tay Bac II Urban Residential Area in An Lac Ward, Buon Ho Town (formerly Dak Lak Province), and Phase 3 of the Truong Dinh Road and Adjacent Residential Area project.

Most recently, in August 2025, TNI Nam Quang and its affiliates became major shareholders of Stanley Brothers Securities Joint Stock Company (SBSI, stock code: VUA), with Nam Quang holding 24.672% of VUA’s charter capital.
