Individual Becomes Major Shareholder of CNN After Inheriting Over 1.6 Million Shares
On October 14th, Mrs. Le Thi Ngoc Bich became a major shareholder of Construction Technology, Equipment, and Inspection Consulting Joint Stock Company – Coninco (UPCoM: CNN) after inheriting over 1.6 million shares, equivalent to 18.62% of the company’s capital.
Mrs. Bich inherited these shares from the late Chairman of the Board, Mr. Nguyen Van Cong, who passed away on June 16th, 2025. Mrs. Bich was listed as a related individual to Mr. Cong in the company’s first-half 2025 governance report. Prior to his passing, Mr. Cong owned over 2 million CNN shares, representing 23.17% of the company’s capital. Mrs. Bich previously held no CNN shares.
CSI Board Member Sells, Vice Chairman Buys In
Between September 17th and October 15th, Mr. Li You Mu, a board member of Vietnam Construction Securities Joint Stock Company (HOSE: CSI), sold 3.98 million CSI shares out of his total holdings of over 4.32 million shares. This reduced his ownership from 25.71% to 2%, or 336,000 shares. The reason for not selling the entire registered amount was due to the market price not meeting expectations.
During the same period, Vice Chairman and CEO Mr. Hoang Xuan Hung registered to purchase 2 million CSI shares. He successfully acquired over 1.6 million shares, increasing his ownership from 4.9% to 14.8%.
Hoa Binh Takara Leaders Continue to Register Near-Total Divestment
Mr. Tran Cong Thanh, Chairman of Hoa Binh Takara Joint Stock Company (HNX: CTP), registered to sell 2.8 million shares out of his total holdings of 3 million shares. If successful, his ownership in CTP will significantly decrease from 24.79% to 1.65%.
Similarly, Mr. Duong Van Tinh, a board member and CEO, registered to sell 1.9 million shares, while currently holding nearly 1.97 million shares (equivalent to 16.26% of the capital). After the transaction, Mr. Tinh will only hold approximately 68,000 shares, or 0.56% of the charter capital. Both transactions are scheduled to take place from October 23rd to November 21st.
Previously, during the period of September 18th to October 13th, Mr. Tinh registered to sell his entire holding of nearly 1.97 million shares, while Mr. Thanh registered to sell 2 million shares out of his total 3 million shares. However, by the end of the registration period, neither leader was able to sell any shares due to the market price not meeting expectations.
Wife of Mr. Bui Thanh Nhon Seeks to Sell Over 17 Million NVL Shares After Two Trading Sessions at the Lower Limit
Mrs. Cao Thi Ngoc Suong, wife of the Chairman of the Board of Nova Group Investment Corporation (HOSE: NVL) Mr. Bui Thanh Nhon, registered to sell over 17 million NVL shares from October 28th to November 26th for personal reasons.
If the transaction is successful, Mrs. Suong’s ownership in NVL will decrease from 2.468% to 1.624%, equivalent to over 33 million shares.
Previously, a unit related to Mr. Nhon, Diamond Properties Joint Stock Company, registered to sell 2.15 million shares from October 17th to 31st to balance its investment portfolio. If the plan is realized, the unit’s ownership will decrease from 8.079% to 7.974%.
Wall Street Securities Plans to Divest Nearly 15% of HAF Capital
Wall Street Securities Joint Stock Company (HNX: WSS) announced its plan to divest its entire holding of over 2.14 million shares in Hanoi Food Joint Stock Company (UPCoM: HAF), representing 14.76% of the charter capital, during the period from October 29th to November 27th.
After the transaction, WSS’s ownership in HAF will decrease to 0%, and it will no longer be a shareholder of HAF. A related individual, Mr. Nguyen Viet Thang, a member of HAF’s Supervisory Board and also Deputy CEO of WSS, does not own any HAF shares.
PXA CEO Aims to Acquire 10% of Capital
Mr. Tran Luong Son, a board member and CEO of Nghe An Petroleum Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company (UPCoM: PXA), registered to purchase 1.5 million new shares, equivalent to 10% of the company’s charter capital.
The transaction is expected to take place from October 24th to November 21st. If completed, Mr. Son will become a major shareholder of PXA. At the current price of 700 VND per share, the total transaction value is estimated at around 1 billion VND.
