Vietjet is set to issue a total of 118.3 million shares, with an expected total value of over VND 1,183 billion based on the par value.
The issuance is scheduled to take place in Q4/2025 or Q1/2026, following the completion of necessary regulatory procedures.
Post-issuance, Vietjet’s chartered capital is projected to exceed VND 7,000 billion, with consolidated equity surpassing VND 24,000 billion. The additional capital will bolster the company’s long-term financial strength.
The 20% dividend payout is a “double delight” for investors and shareholders. Alongside the attractive dividend, the value of VJC shares is poised for significant growth, driven by recent net buying from foreign investors. As of October 23, VJC shares closed at VND 184,000.
Vietjet’s market capitalization reached VND 109,000 billion during the trading session on October 23.
