Hanoi: Land Allocation for a Wave of Residential Projects

The Hanoi People's Committee has issued land allocation decisions for projects in Thuong Tin Commune, Phu Thuong Ward, and Tu Liem District, paving the way for new residential developments.

The Hanoi People’s Committee has recently issued a decision allocating 41,669.5 square meters of land in Thuong Tin Commune (Hanoi) to Truong Thinh Phat – Hanoi Joint Stock Company. This land is designated for the development of a new residential area, known as Urban Area No. 6, located in Zone K1 of Thuong Tin Town, Thuong Tin Commune.

Of the total 41,669.5 square meters, 14,854.4 square meters are earmarked for residential construction as per the approved planning. The remaining 26,815.1 square meters will be utilized for a cultural center (678.1 square meters) and green spaces, sports facilities, technical infrastructure, and transportation networks (26,137 square meters).

The Hanoi People’s Committee mandates that Truong Thinh Phat – Hanoi Joint Stock Company develop the technical infrastructure in harmony with the area’s existing infrastructure, as outlined in the approved planning. Once completed, the infrastructure will be handed over to local authorities.

Nam Thang Long Urban Area will feature a residential project for the People’s Public Security Forces.

Previously, on October 27, the Hanoi People’s Committee allocated 18,142 square meters of land in Phu Thuong Ward to Thai Nam Land Joint Stock Company. This land, designated as Lot IA25 within the 20% land fund of the Nam Thang Long Urban Area project, will be used for housing the People’s Public Security Forces.

Within the 18,142 square meters, 14,514 square meters are allocated for housing the People’s Public Security Forces, while 3,628 square meters are designated for commercial housing.

On the same day, the Hanoi People’s Committee allocated 16,344.6 square meters of land (Phase 1) in Phu Thuong Ward to Tay Ha Noi Urban Development and Investment Joint Stock Company. This land, located in Zone X1 of Phu Thuong Ward, is also intended for housing the People’s Public Security Forces.

Of the 16,344.6 square meters, 8,956.7 square meters are for housing the People’s Public Security Forces, 1,760.6 square meters for commercial housing, and 5,627.3 square meters for road development as per the planning, including temporary access to the project.

Additionally, the Hanoi People’s Committee has allocated 15,537.9 square meters of land to Mai Linh Investment Joint Stock Company for the 2 Golden Palace A project in Tu Liem Ward. This project includes an entertainment park, schools, and a residential, commercial, and service complex.

The Hanoi People’s Committee instructs all investors to coordinate with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to receive land handover on maps and in the field. They are also required to complete investment procedures and implement the projects in accordance with regulations. Relevant departments and agencies are tasked with collaborating with investors to ensure timely and safe project execution, adhering to legal requirements.
