Hosted by Sun Property (a member of Sun Group), the event themed “The Circle of Life” draws inspiration from the regenerative journey of water, aiming for sustainable urban planning within the project.
The Circle of Life – An Emotionally Rich Beginning
With the theme “The Circle of Life,” Sun Property presents a narrative about the cycle of life, the origins of existence, and the aspiration to create a city that endures through time, preserving historical, cultural, and natural values.
The event space was impressively staged with a stage inspired by the cyclical flow of water—a symbol of life, movement, and the regenerative spirit of a modern city. Lighting, music, and performances harmoniously combined to create an atmosphere that was both solemn and deeply emotional.
The highlight of the event was the kick-off ceremony. As the massive Cube LED lit up brilliantly at the center of the stage, representatives from Sun Property, agency leaders, and over 2,000 sales professionals simultaneously touched the screen, launching their journey to conquer the market and opening a new chapter for Nha Trang real estate. The synchronized light effects, sound, and confetti marked an exhilarating start to the upcoming campaign.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Ngô Bảo Khánh – Sales Director of Sun Property Southern Region, shared that after nearly two decades of steadfastly pursuing the mission of beautifying lands from Ha Long, Da Nang to Phu Quoc, Sun Group has consistently created world-class and distinctive ecosystems to honor Vietnam’s beauty.
“Upon arriving in Nha Trang, we aim to introduce a new masterpiece, a pioneering sustainable urban planning model in Vietnam. More than just a residence, the project promises to be a harmonious blend of excellence and sustainability, where nature and humanity coexist in an emotionally rich whole,” affirmed the Sun Property representative.

“With its scale, location, and unique vision, Charmora City will become a new focal point on the Central Vietnam real estate map. We are confident this is the golden moment to introduce Sun Group’s signature products, embodying aesthetic excellence and timeless value,” shared a project distribution agency leader.
From the “Sponge City” Strategy to a New Icon of the Land of Agarwood
At the event, Sun Property officially unveiled details about Charmora City. The project broke ground in August 2025.
Located in Nam Nha Trang Ward—the site of Khanh Hoa Province’s new administrative center—Charmora City is considered the “core” of the southern urban expansion strategy. The project boasts a prime location, surrounded by two major rivers, Quan Truong and Tac, inheriting the rare feng shui of “four waters converging, four creatures gathering”—symbolizing prosperity and sustainable wealth for the “capital” of the agarwood land.
Spanning 227 hectares, Charmora City is planned into three functional islands: North Island, Central Island, and South Island. Each island has its own rhythm but is harmoniously connected within the overall framework, reflecting a balanced development between humanity and nature.

Charmora City’s interconnected three-island design
North Island serves as the administrative hub, featuring the new administrative center, a large plaza, and the first water park in South Central Vietnam. Central Island is the entertainment and leisure hub, expected to host all successful Sun Group entertainment products nationwide, along with unique new shows. South Island is the residential area, featuring high-rise towers, commercial townhouses, and villas, while maintaining extensive greenery and premium amenities.
The project is envisioned as the premier entertainment, commercial, and nightlife hub in South Central Vietnam. By adopting the Sponge City model—an advanced global planning solution pioneered by renowned landscape architect Kongjian Yu—the urban area offers over 60 hectares of water features and unique highlights, including a 5.2-hectare central plaza, a 7-hectare lake art show, a marina, and a riverside park system.

Charmora City pioneers the Sponge City model
After nearly two decades of enhancing various regions, Sun Group has arrived in Nha Trang with a pioneering project, passionately showcasing ecological landscape value and reviving the heritage and cultural essence of the agarwood land in a modern guise.
Beyond its international planning and architectural stature, Charmora City symbolizes Sun Group’s sustainable development philosophy in Central Vietnam. Strategically located along key connections—the North-South Expressway, Cam Ranh International Airport, an international seaport, and a high-speed railway—Charmora City promises to be a modern, culturally rich addition, propelling Nha Trang into a leading international seaside destination.
