Viglacera Corporation (Stock Code: VGC, HoSE) has announced its resolution to distribute a cash dividend for the year 2024.

The dividend payout ratio is set at 22%, equivalent to VND 2,200 per share. Viglacera will allocate VND 986.37 billion for this dividend payment.

The dividend will be sourced from the undistributed after-tax profits generated from the company’s 2024 operations.

The shareholder record date is November 12, 2025, with the payment date scheduled for December 5, 2025.

As of the end of Q2 2025, Gelex Infrastructure JSC holds 225.1 million shares, representing 50.21% of VGC’s charter capital. Gelex Infrastructure is expected to receive over VND 495 billion from this dividend distribution.

In Q3 2025, Viglacera reported consolidated net revenue of nearly VND 3,254 billion, a 15% increase year-over-year. However, a sharper rise in cost of goods sold led to a 21% decline in gross profit, which stood at approximately VND 692 billion.

Increased expenses further pressured net profit, resulting in a 49.8% drop to nearly VND 118 billion. Viglacera attributed this decline to seasonal business fluctuations and adverse weather conditions, including severe storms, impacting Q3 performance.

For the first nine months of 2025, cumulative net revenue reached over VND 9,337 billion, up 14% year-over-year. Key contributors included tile sales at VND 2,737 billion (up 9%), industrial land leasing at VND 2,333 billion (up 3%), and real estate at nearly VND 237 billion (2.2 times higher than the previous year).

Pre-tax profit was nearly VND 1,322 billion, with after-tax profit at VND 956 billion, reflecting increases of 45% and 261%, respectively, compared to the same period in 2024.

Against the 2025 targets of VND 14,437 billion in consolidated revenue and VND 1,743 billion in pre-tax profit, Viglacera has achieved 65% and 76% of these goals, respectively, after three quarters.
