An Cuong Wood Joint Stock Company (HOSE: ACG) has released its consolidated Q3/2025 financial report, revealing a net revenue of nearly VND 1.2 trillion, a 13% year-on-year increase, primarily driven by strong domestic market performance.

Export revenue reached VND 140 billion, a 16% decline compared to the same period last year. However, international markets contributed only approximately 12% to the company’s total net revenue.

Currently, An Cuong Wood’s sales are predominantly generated from domestic designers, contractors, distributors, agents, and real estate developers.

Despite a double-digit revenue growth, the gross profit margin decreased from 31.4% to 28.5%.

Effective cost control and reduced bad debt provisions enabled An Cuong Wood to report a net profit of VND 135 billion in Q3, a 4% increase.

In the first nine months of 2025, the company, led by entrepreneur Le Duc Nghia, achieved a net revenue of VND 2.94 trillion and a net profit of VND 358 billion, up 6% and 9% year-on-year, respectively, fulfilling 73% and 80% of its annual targets.

Notably, An Cuong Wood recorded an approximate VND 240 billion increase in construction in progress during Q3.

On July 22nd, the company established Green Board Viet Nhat JSC with a charter capital of VND 270 billion, holding an 87% stake. An Cuong Wood previously announced the completion of its capital contribution to this new venture.
