Their lavish ceremony not only highlights the opulence of the ultra-wealthy but also reignites curiosity about the influential family and conglomerate behind this powerful bride.
Tiên Nguyễn is the beloved daughter of Johnathan Hạnh Nguyễn, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Inter-Pacific Investment Group (IPPG), and Lê Hồng Thủy Tiên, a former actress and current CEO of IPPG.

According to the group’s website, IPPG is Vietnam’s leading retail conglomerate, commanding nearly 70% of the domestic luxury market. The group distributes renowned global brands such as Salvatore Ferragamo, Burberry, and Nike, as well as popular fast-food chains like Domino’s Pizza, Popeyes, Burger King, and Dunkin’ Donuts. Over 40 years, IPPG has expanded to include 17 subsidiaries and 18 joint ventures, providing over 25,000 jobs in Vietnam.
Johnathan Hạnh Nguyễn also holds key positions as Chairman of Cam Ranh International Terminal (CRTC), Chairman of SASCO (Tan Son Nhat Airport Services Company), and serves as a board member for Da Lat University, the Vietnam Children’s Sponsorship Fund, and the “For the Beloved Hoang Sa and Truong Sa” Club.

Lê Hồng Thủy Tiên, formerly the CEO of Mien Dong Supermarket—Vietnam’s first and largest supermarket in 1995—became IPPG’s COO in 2004. Her leadership and partnerships with global fashion brands have elevated the group to new heights.
Throughout her career, Mrs. Tiên has been consistently recognized as one of Vietnam and Asia’s most prominent female entrepreneurs.

IPPG originated as the Inter-Pacific Import-Export Company, established on October 29, 2002, with its headquarters at Opera View Building, 161 Dong Khoi Street, Saigon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. Lê Hồng Thủy Tiên serves as both the legal representative and CEO. The company specializes in retailing apparel, footwear, leather goods, and synthetic materials.
As of December 31, 2023, IPPG’s financial report to the Hanoi Stock Exchange revealed a shareholder equity of over 3.953 trillion VND and total assets of 4.660 trillion VND.
By November 2023, the company’s registered capital was 3.468 trillion VND, with the following ownership structure: Lê Hồng Thủy Tiên (59%), Johnathan Hạnh Nguyễn (1%), Nguyễn Phi Long (Phillip Nguyễn) (20%), and Nguyễn Quốc Khánh (Louis Nguyễn) (20%).
Beyond IPPG, Lê Hồng Thủy Tiên is the legal representative of several other enterprises, including Duy Anh Fashion and Cosmetics, Golden Century Trading, and IPP Property.
Within IPPG, the Nguyễn children hold senior leadership roles alongside their parents.
Louis Nguyễn, husband of Hà Tăng, serves as Deputy CEO for Business Development and CEO of ACFC, managing mid-range fashion and F&B VFS. He played a pivotal role in bringing brands like Burger King, Domino’s Pizza, and Popeyes to Vietnam.
Phillip Nguyễn, husband of Linh Rin, is Deputy CEO for Project Development and CEO of IPP Travel Retail, overseeing non-aviation services, including duty-free shops and airport advertising.

The other Nguyễn siblings maintain a low profile, with limited public information available.
