With over 900 skilled engineers and workers contributing more than 10,000 labor hours, the project has surpassed its schedule by 60 days and is on track for handover in Q4/2026.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Anthony Simon Dowden, Deputy General Director of Phu Long, emphasized, “The topping-out of Essensia Sky exemplifies our team’s discipline, collaboration, and ambition. We take pride in exceeding our timeline and aim to deliver the project to our clients next year, reinforcing Phu Long’s reputation for creating sustainable, humane, and luxurious living spaces.”

The general contractor representative stated that Essensia Sky’s construction (Phu Long Residential Area, located in sub-zone 15B, Nguyen Huu Tho Street, Nha Be Commune) adheres to stringent international quality management and labor safety standards. The project has undergone over 1,000 material and component inspections, 10,000 hours of supervision, and four independent acceptance rounds, with 99.99% of items meeting or exceeding standards. This highlights Phu Long’s robust construction management and dedication to quality, timelines, and long-term sustainability.

Commencing on September 10, 2024, after just 424 continuous construction days, Essensia Sky has emerged prominently along the vital Nguyen Huu Tho axis, with complete legal documentation ready for sales contracts, ensuring customer confidence. Post-topping-out, the project will focus on electrical, interior, and landscaping completion, alongside developing health-centric green amenities, offering a premium living experience for residents.

Essensia Sky features a 26-story twin-tower design with a sky bridge, 424 apartments and penthouses, crafted by Tange Associates (Japan).
