The Department of Construction of Ho Chi Minh City has recently unveiled detailed information about the An Sinh Social Housing Area, part of Phase 1 of the Eco-Urban Area Project in Chanh My, Chanh Hiep Ward.

According to the announcement, the project comprises 6 residential blocks, each standing 12 stories tall, offering a total of 978 apartments. Among these, 810 units are designated as social housing, with 648 available for sale and 162 for rent.

In Phase 1, HUD plans to launch 273 apartments across towers A4, A5, and C. These units range in size from 38.5 to 70 square meters, with a provisional price of over 15.8 million VND per square meter of net floor area, excluding VAT and maintenance fees. The expected rental rate is 76,000 VND per square meter per month during this phase. Applications will be accepted from November 20th to 25th.

HUD is one of 18 companies endorsed by the Ministry of Construction to develop social housing projects nationwide. Between 2021 and 2030, HUD aims to develop 1.7 million square meters of new floor space, equivalent to approximately 17,500 social housing units. To date, HUD has completed over 250,000 square meters of social housing and is actively developing projects in Ha Nam, Binh Duong, and Ho Chi Minh City.

In September, the company broke ground on the HUD Thu Duc social housing project in Hiep Binh Ward, featuring 3 seven-story buildings that will provide 209 apartments for low-income individuals.

HUD, a subsidiary of the Ministry of Construction, primarily focuses on investing in and developing new urban areas, housing, and real estate.
