October 28th holds special significance for the Czech people, marking the establishment of Czechoslovakia—the predecessor to today’s Czech Republic. This date symbolizes the resilience, indomitable spirit, and pride of the Czech nation.
In Vietnam, a grand reception celebrating the Czech National Day was held in Hanoi, gathering 400-500 guests, including the Czech community in Vietnam, partners, clients of the Czech Embassy, and enthusiasts of Czech culture and heritage.
At the event, Skoda Vietnam showcased two locally produced Skoda models, introducing them to the community of Vietnam and Czech enthusiasts. Through its presence, Skoda aims to serve as a cultural and economic bridge, strengthening the traditional diplomatic ties between Vietnam and the Czech Republic. Mr. Đàm Đình Thông, CEO of Skoda Vietnam, shared: “Czech heritage is at the heart of Skoda. Additionally, Skoda Vietnam will host the “Family Chill & Feel the Skoda Essence” event at Aeon Mall Long Biên from October 31st to November 2nd, 2025. This initiative reaffirms Skoda’s dedication to celebrating European heritage and delivering an authentic “European Standard” experience to Vietnamese families.
The family-focused experience series, themed “Simply Clever,” will feature test drives of four Skoda models on specially designed routes, allowing participants to fully appreciate the brand’s quality and craftsmanship.
