From November to December 2025, Sacombank will host a nationwide recruitment event across 35 universities. Final-year students can participate in on-the-spot interviews and experience a professional recruitment environment. Additionally, candidates can apply online via www.sacombankcareer.com and interview at their nearest branch. Available internship positions include Personal Banking Officer, Corporate Banking Officer across the network, and various roles in the Information Technology and Digital Banking divisions at Sacombank’s headquarters.
The internship program is scheduled to last three months. During this period, students will be mentored by experienced staff, participate in specialized training courses, engage in business activities, and join exciting networking events such as the “Potential Star 2026” competition. Notably, interns will receive a 10 million VND stipend upon completion, along with the opportunity to become full-time Sacombank employees before graduation.
With a target of 300 students nationwide, the program serves as a bridge between academia and professional life, offering long-term career development opportunities in the finance and banking sector.
