Shock Resignation: CEO of Leading Securities Firm Steps Down Unexpectedly

This individual has tendered their resignation from all positions within the company and has formally requested to terminate their employment.

In the latest announcement, An Binh Securities Joint Stock Company has received a resignation letter from Mr. Nham Ha Hai, who serves as both the CEO and Legal Representative. Mr. Hai has also expressed his desire to resign from his position at An Binh Securities JSC due to personal reasons.

Mr. Nham Ha Hai (born in 1977) was appointed as the CEO of An Binh Securities in January 2022.

Established in 2006, An Binh Securities has Geleximco Group – JSC as its largest shareholder, holding 45.85% of the company’s capital.

In Q3 2025, the company reported a 59% year-on-year increase in operating revenue, reaching nearly 141 billion VND. Operating expenses rose by 72%, resulting in a post-tax profit of over 46 billion VND, a 72% surge compared to Q3 2024.

For the first nine months of the year, cumulative operating revenue reached nearly 341 billion VND, a 26% growth year-on-year. Net profit after tax (NPAT) stood at 105 billion VND, up 27%.
