Bùi Xuân Huấn, widely known as Huấn Hoa Hồng (born in 1984, Yên Bái Province), rose to prominence as one of Vietnam’s most notorious “internet gangsters” between 2015 and 2020. He frequently livestreamed and shared videos flaunting wealth, including cash and gold, while making controversial statements that sparked public debate.

In 2020, Huấn self-published two books titled “Đệ nhất kiếm tiền” (The Ultimate Money-Making Guide) and “Bí kíp kinh doanh online” (Secrets of Online Business), marketed as “quick-rich handbooks.” Priced at 799,000 VND per set, these books were advertised as his personal investment. However, authorities later fined him for illegal publishing and distribution.

Since 2022, Huấn and his wife shifted focus to e-commerce, regularly hosting livestreams to sell products ranging from fragrances and cosmetics to health supplements. Their “shockingly affordable” perfume lines gained significant attention through aggressive marketing campaigns.

That same year, Huấn announced his venture into real estate with the establishment of Hoa Hồng Land JSC in September 2022, headquartered in Hòa Bình City (now part of Phú Thọ Province). Initially capitalized at 2 billion VND, the company’s ownership structure included: Bùi Xuân Huấn (40%), Vũ Bình Long (6%), Nguyễn Thị Thu Hằng (24%), Đào Vũ Định (5%), and Nguyễn Thị Thái (25%). Ms. Thái also serves as the legal representative and director.

At launch, Huấn was positioned as the company’s chairman, adopting his signature motto “có làm thì mới có ăn” (Work to earn) as the corporate slogan. He previously boasted ownership of multiple high-value properties.

Additionally, Huấn chairs HL Group JSC, based in Dương Nội Urban Area (Hanoi), operating across automotive sales, cosmetics, and real estate. He and his wife Phạm Thị Ngọc Linh hold 95% of shares, with Nguyễn Văn Tâm owning the remaining 5%.

Huấn Hoa Hồng previously showcased ownership of high-value real estate assets.

He also holds representative roles and stakes in 168 Service JSC, Huấn Hoa Hồng Restaurant, and FB Asia Service JSC.

In May 2024, Huấn expanded his portfolio by launching Chiến Huấn JP Garden in former Hoài Đức District (Hanoi), specializing in premium Japanese juniper trees. Several specimens are valued at over one billion VND each.
