Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Song Ikhwan, Chief Sales & Marketing Officer of LG Electronics Vietnam, shared: “On our journey to bring smart technology solutions to life, LG is committed to implementing sustainable social initiatives under the vision of ‘Better Life for All.’ We believe this new football field will not only provide students with a space to enhance their physical health but also foster teamwork, resilience, and confidence—essential seeds for their future.”
The “Seeds of Talent” football field features artificial turf, goalposts, a drainage system, and safety netting, creating a safe and suitable environment for physical activities. Prior to the project, Bao Dai Primary School, with 27 classes and nearly 1,000 students, lacked a standard football field for regular physical and sports activities.
With the new field, students now have access to a modern, safe, and standard sports facility, significantly improving the quality of education. Post-completion, the school expects an 80% increase in students participating in physical activities at least three times a week and plans to host at least four community sports events annually. During the event, LG also donated a 2025 LG AI TV to support teachers and students in their learning journey, along with meaningful gifts for high-achieving students.
Mr. Nguyen Van Huan, Principal of Bao Dai Primary School, expressed his gratitude: “Education is not just about imparting knowledge but also nurturing physical health and spirit. This project is a meaningful gift, inspiring both teachers and students in our teaching and learning efforts. We extend our heartfelt thanks to LG’s leadership for their support and commitment to fostering holistic development in underserved communities like Bao Dai.”
The “Seeds of Talent” football field in Bac Ninh is the third project under the LG Ambassador Challenge 2025 – LG Community Ambassador program in Vietnam. This global initiative, led by LG in collaboration with Korea Food for the Hungry International (KFHI) and Community Chest of Korea (CCK), encourages individuals and organizations to implement initiatives that create positive and sustainable community impact.
As LG marks its 30th year in Vietnam, the company reaffirms its commitment to societal contributions, partnering with local communities and youth to create a better life for all. Simultaneously, LG is actively repairing equipment for flood-affected residents in Nghe An and Thai Nguyen, aiding in their swift recovery.
