According to the recently released Q1 2025-2026 financial report, AgriS recorded net revenue of VND 5,372 billion, pre-tax profit of VND 203 billion, and post-tax profit of VND 198 billion, closely aligning with the set targets. Despite the sugar industry entering an adjustment phase and market volatility during the 2025-2026 fiscal year, AgriS maintained steady growth, demonstrating efficient operational capabilities, cost management, and a strong market position.

In Q1, sugar products remained the primary revenue contributor at VND 4,861 billion, accounting for 90.5% of total revenue. However, there was a positive shift toward diversifying revenue streams. Molasses revenue reached VND 58 billion (up 13% year-on-year, 1.1% of total revenue), fertilizer revenue hit VND 121 billion (up 12%, 2.2%), and electricity contributed VND 12 billion (0.2%). Other segments, including agricultural services, coconut, banana, rice, and natural nutritional beverages, saw a robust 34% growth, totaling VND 319 billion (5.9% of revenue).

AgriS boasts over 200 product lines derived from sugarcane, coconut, rice, fruits, fertilizers, and solar power. Notably, non-sugar products like coconut, banana, rice, and natural beverages achieved positive growth in Q1 2025-2026.

In Q1, AgriS’s net profit margin improved to 3.7% from 3.3% in the previous year, driven by enhanced operational efficiency and stringent cost control. Administrative expenses decreased by 21%, while financial costs dropped 22% to VND 417 billion, including a 13% reduction in interest expenses to VND 338 billion, attributed to capital restructuring and financial tool optimization.

As of September 30, 2025, AgriS’s total assets expanded to VND 34,188 billion, a 4.6% increase from the fiscal year’s start. Key financial ratios improved: the current ratio rose to 1.30 from 1.29, and the quick ratio increased to 1.10 from 1.06. These results underscore AgriS’s strengthened financial foundation, supporting stable operations and strategic investments.
