Vinhomes Global Gate, also known as Vinhomes Co Loa, is strategically located on Truong Sa Street, Dong Anh District. Spanning 385 hectares with an investment of approximately 35 trillion VND, this project is Vingroup’s flagship “mega-city” in the northeastern part of Hanoi, positioned directly on the vital Ring Road 2.

The Vietnam Exhibition Center stands as the project’s crown jewel. Covering 30 hectares and featuring a 24,000-ton steel dome, it ranks among the world’s top 10 largest exhibition centers. Its inauguration solidified Vinhomes Co Loa’s status as the most vibrant “EXPO City” in Northern Vietnam.

The venue currently hosts the 2025 Autumn Fair, the largest edition to date, dubbed a “national super fair” for its unprecedented scale.

The fair features nearly 3,000 booths alongside culinary and music festivals. Beyond shopping, visitors engage with artisans and enjoy live performances. Vu Ngoc Cuong, owner of the Hanoi Green Rice stall, shared: “On the first day alone, we received overwhelming interest. Sales have been consistently strong. Compared to other fairs, this event has the highest attendance and purchasing power I’ve ever experienced.”

Previously, the “80 Years of Independence, Freedom, and Happiness” exhibition attracted a record-breaking 10 million visitors in just 19 days. On September 13th alone, attendance peaked at nearly 1.3 million—the largest single-day turnout ever recorded.

According to Doan Minh Trang, Sales Director at MICC Group, hosting large-scale events at the National Exhibition Center generates organic media buzz, significantly boosting local property values.

Ms. Trang notes that high visitor numbers drive demand for dining, shopping, and accommodations, elevating shophouse, rental apartment, and low-rise home values. Frequent events also create a FOMO effect, increasing homeownership desire in the area.

Current prices at Vinhomes Co Loa range from 95–120 million VND/m² for apartments, 320–450 million VND/m² for townhouses, and 360–450 million VND/m² for villas.

Upon completion of the Tu Lien Bridge, travel time to Tay Ho District will reduce to 6–8 minutes, enhancing East-Central connectivity. Historically, the Nhat Tan Bridge opening increased Dong Anh land prices by 50–100% within 1–2 years.

While primary units from the developer are sold out, secondary market transactions remain vibrant. Townhouse and villa prices have surged 1.5 to nearly 2 times since the initial launch.
