DatViet VAC Group Holdings Announces Significant Capital Increase
DatViet VAC Group Holdings (DVV) has recently announced a substantial change in its business registration, doubling its chartered capital from VND 653 billion to VND 1,381 billion. Mr. Dinh Ba Thanh remains the legal representative and CEO of the company.
Following this adjustment, the capital contributions from shareholders remain unchanged. Private capital still holds 85.3% of the total, equivalent to VND 1,177 billion, while foreign investment accounts for 14.7%, or VND 203 billion.
The foreign investment is contributed by two Singapore-based companies: MET VM Holding Pte. Ltd, holding 13.4% (VND 185 billion), and TC D-Media Pte. Ltd, with 1.3% (VND 18.1 billion).
Capital Structure Post-Increase
Recently, DatViet VAC has achieved remarkable success with its high-profile gameshows featuring renowned artists.
Notably, “Anh Trai Say Hi” has become the most popular music program of 2024, with concerts held in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, each attracting 40,000 to 50,000 attendees.
Another hit show, “Em Xinh Say Hi,” recently held a concert on October 11th in Hanoi, further solidifying DatViet VAC’s position in the entertainment industry.
Both programs are produced by Vie Channel, a member of the DatViet VAC Group Holdings.
