Hanwha Life Vietnam has met Vietnam Report’s criteria, including financial efficiency, asset scale, workforce size, growth potential, and media reputation. Hanwha Life Vietnam’s Sales Team at the Announcement Ceremony

In the first half of 2025, despite economic fluctuations, Hanwha Life Vietnam maintained growth and stability across multiple fronts, including investment efficiency, asset expansion, and financial strength. Financial activity revenue exceeded 652 billion VND, a 5.8% increase compared to the same period in 2024. Total assets surpassed 21.7 trillion VND, a nearly 6% rise from the end of 2024, solidifying Hanwha Life’s position among Vietnam’s top insurance companies in terms of asset scale.

At the announcement ceremony, a Hanwha Life Vietnam representative stated, “Being listed in the ‘Top 500 Most Profitable Companies in Vietnam’ for six consecutive years not only confirms our sustainable growth and development strategy but also demonstrates our commitment to delivering tangible value to customers. A financially robust insurance company ensures that all protection commitments and benefits are fully guaranteed, both now and in the future.”

Continuously Enhancing Customer Experience

2025 marks a strategic transformation for Hanwha Life Vietnam, focused on elevating customer experience through three core strategies: expanding the sales network, diversifying product portfolios, and accelerating digital transformation.

To broaden market reach and enhance customer accessibility nationwide, Hanwha Life Vietnam accelerated the expansion of its sales offices. In the first 10 months of 2025, 19 new general agency offices were established across Vietnam, bringing the total to over 140. Coupled with a network of 40,700 professional financial advisors, this expansion provides a strong foundation for improving customer care, consultation, and service quality.

In product development, Hanwha Life Vietnam remains customer-centric, continuously researching and introducing insurance solutions tailored to diverse needs. Recently, the company launched four new products: “Steady Companion” Universal Life Insurance, “100 Critical Illnesses Coverage,” “Accident Risk Companion,” and “Live Life to the Fullest” Unit-Linked Insurance. These products offer comprehensive, flexible, and practical benefits, including extended family protection, empowering customers to safeguard their health and finances against risks and enjoy life to the fullest.

Digitalization enables faster and seamless customer experiences

Hanwha Life Vietnam’s digital transformation achieved significant milestones, notably the successful implementation of an automated insurance policy issuance system in October 2025. This system enhances customer experience by providing a seamless, proactive, and convenient journey. Leveraging eKYC, digital signatures, AI, and advanced technologies, the entire paperless process—from application creation to issuance—takes just 30 minutes, allowing customers to receive their policies promptly for immediate financial protection.

Additionally, in claims processing, Hanwha Life Vietnam recorded impressive results, with 94% of insurance claims submitted online and an average resolution time of less than 2 business days, simplifying procedures and increasing customer satisfaction.

Moving forward, Hanwha Life Vietnam will continue to innovate, enhancing customer experience across all touchpoints, both online and offline. This will progressively realize the company’s vision of becoming Vietnam’s “Most Trusted Life Insurance Company.”
