Vingroup Corporation (stock code: VIC), chaired by Mr. Pham Nhat Vuong, has released its Q3 consolidated financial report for 2025, adhering to Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS).
The group’s consolidated net revenue for the first nine months of 2025 reached VND 169,611 billion, a 34% increase year-on-year. Consolidated after-tax profit stood at VND 7,565 billion, 1.9 times higher than the same period in 2024, achieving 76% of the year’s profit target. As of September 30, Vingroup’s total assets were valued at VND 1,087,870 billion, up 30% from December 31, 2024.

VinFast delivered 110,362 electric vehicles globally, a 149% increase year-on-year. Domestically, VinFast achieved record-breaking sales of 103,884 units in the first three quarters, the highest ever for a Vietnamese automotive brand. Models like VF 3, VF 5, VF 6, and Hero Green were among the top sellers.
In the electric motorcycle segment, VinFast led the green transition with 234,536 units delivered in nine months, nearly six times the 2024 figure. In October, Vingroup entered the metallurgy industry by establishing VinMetal, expanding its Industrial Technology pillar.
Vinpearl reported strong performance, with nine-month operational revenue of VND 12,700 billion. Hotel services generated VND 8,100 billion (up 27% year-on-year), while VinWonders contributed VND 3,800 billion (up 29%).
In early October, Vinpearl Golf Léman, a 36-hole, 200-hectare golf course with 5-star amenities, debuted in Cu Chi, Ho Chi Minh City, ranking among Asia’s premier strategic courses.
In Q3, Vingroup launched two projects: Tan Trao Industrial Zone (Phase 1) and Hai Phong LNG Power Plant, Vietnam’s largest liquefied natural gas project. Vingroup and VinEnergo expanded partnerships with Gia Lai Province, PT. Sulsel Andalan Energi (Indonesia), and FIMO for renewable energy development.
In education, Vinschool opened two new campuses for the 2025-2026 academic year in Vinhomes Grand Park and Vinhomes Ocean Park.
Vinhomes JSC (stock code: VHM) reported nine-month sales of VND 162,582 billion, up 96% year-on-year. Consolidated net revenue was VND 51,092 billion, with after-tax profit at VND 15,313 billion.
VHM’s Q3 highlight was the 2,870-hectare Vinhomes Green Paradise in Can Gio, Ho Chi Minh City, developed under the ESG++ model.
As of September 30, Vinhomes’ total assets were VND 768,264 billion, and equity reached VND 234,930 billion, up 36% and 6% respectively from 2024. Cash and equivalents rose 69% to VND 48,768 billion, while inventory increased 130% to VND 125,608 billion due to large-scale project development.
The flagship Q3 project, Vinhomes Green Paradise, spans 2,870 hectares in Can Gio, developed under the ESG++ model. It features the 800-hectare Paradise Lagoon, the 7-hectare Green Wave Theater, Vietnam’s largest 5-star resort complex, and meets BREEAM Communities and ISO 37122 standards, powered entirely by renewable energy and green transportation.
Vincom Retail JSC (stock code: VRE) reported Q3 consolidated net revenue of VND 2,251 billion, up 8.3% year-on-year, with after-tax profit of VND 1,376 billion, a 52% increase.
For the first nine months, Vincom Retail achieved VND 6,525 billion in revenue (68.5% of the annual target) and VND 3,787 billion in after-tax profit (80.6% of the target). Mall foot traffic in Q3 rose 18% year-on-year.
