Vinamilk has officially released a statement on their fanpage addressing the recent use of Mr. Tho’s image—a character owned by Vinamilk—in Halloween costumes shared on social media.
The company clarified that these images were not part of any official Vinamilk campaign or authorized by the brand. After reviewing the content, Vinamilk determined that some visuals and themes were inconsistent with their brand identity.

Vinamilk expressed gratitude for the creativity and love their customers have shown for the Mr. Tho character. However, to uphold intellectual property rights and maintain brand consistency, Vinamilk seeks collaboration in a more appropriate manner.
Vinamilk provided clear guidelines for using Mr. Tho’s image:
– Cease using Mr. Tho’s image in unlicensed content.
– Submit a formal cooperation request for any intended use of Vinamilk’s intellectual property.
– For already published content, Vinamilk invites collaboration to adjust or remove unauthorized images, ensuring respect for intellectual property and consumer rights.
