Companies Announcing Cash Dividends for the Week of November 3-7, 2025

The most prominent company this week is BTH, announcing a record dividend payout of 250%. The ex-dividend date is November 6, with payment expected on November 26, 2025. With 25 million outstanding shares, the total payout reaches 625 billion VND.

This dividend was approved by the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in late June 2025, representing the remaining dividend for 2024 after BTH paid an interim cash dividend of 10% in October 2024 and a 7% dividend for 2023. This substantial payout follows a record net profit of over 708 billion VND in 2024, 6,700 times higher than the previous year and exceeding the annual plan by 78%. The majority of the profit stems from the real estate sector. Addressing concerns about the impact on cash flow, BTH’s leadership assured that the company has numerous unaccounted products, including apartments and townhouses, which will continue to generate revenue in the coming period.

Next is BMP, offering a 65% dividend (6,500 VND per share) as the first installment for 2025. The ex-dividend date is November 17, with payment scheduled for December 8. With nearly 81.9 million outstanding shares, Binh Minh Plastic will allocate approximately 532 billion VND for shareholder distribution.

Currently, the largest shareholder, controlling 55% of BMP’s shares, is The Nawaplastic Industries (Saraburi) Co. Ltd., part of Thailand’s SCG Group. The second-largest shareholder is the Swiss-based investment fund KWE Beteilgungen AG, holding 11.4% of the shares.

Another standout is TPS (Saigon Port and Transport Corporation), offering a 43% dividend, or 4,300 VND per share. The ex-dividend date is November 3, with payment expected on November 24.

The dividend plan was approved at an extraordinary AGM in 2025 after a written poll concluded on October 14. Nearly 95% of TPS shareholders agreed to distribute 21.5 billion VND, equivalent to 98% of the cumulative distributable profit by the end of 2024 (approximately 22 billion VND).

In late May 2025, TPS completed a 25% cash dividend payment for 2024, similar to 2023, marking the second-highest payout in its history after the 40% dividend in 2018.

Next week, only one company, SCL, will announce a stock dividend with a 9% ratio (100 shares receiving 9 new shares). The ex-dividend date is November 6.
