According to recent statistics, nine companies announced dividend record dates for the week of November 3–7, 2025. Among these, seven companies are paying cash dividends, with the highest rate at 250% and the lowest at 5%. Additionally, one company is issuing stock dividends, and another is offering bonus shares during this period.
Hanoi Transformer and Electrical Materials Manufacturing JSC (Stock Code: BTH) announced that November 7, 2025, is the final date to register shareholders for the second cash dividend payment of 2024. The payout ratio is 250%, meaning shareholders will receive 25,000 VND per share. The payment is scheduled for November 26, 2025.
With 25 million outstanding shares, BTH is expected to disburse 625 billion VND for this dividend. Hoàng Thành Group, the largest shareholder, is projected to receive 406 billion VND. This dividend rate is among the most generous of the year, nearly three times BTH’s charter capital of 250 billion VND.
Previously, on October 21, 2025, the company completed the payment of a 7% dividend for 2023 and an interim 10% dividend for 2024, both in cash. Thus, BTH’s total cash dividend for 2024 is 260%, as approved by the Annual General Meeting.
Saigon Port and Transport JSC (UPCoM: TPS) will distribute a 43% cash dividend from 2024 undistributed profits, equivalent to 4,300 VND per share. The ex-dividend date is November 3, with payment expected on November 24.
In late May 2025, TPS completed a 25% cash dividend payment for 2024, matching the 2023 rate—the second-highest in its history after the 40% payout in 2018.
Saigon Ground Services (SAGS) will pay a 25% cash dividend for the 2024 fiscal year, equivalent to 2,500 VND per share. The ex-dividend date is November 7, 2025, with payment scheduled for December 10, 2025.
With nearly 33.6 million outstanding shares, SAGS is expected to disburse approximately 84 billion VND. This marks the fourth consecutive year (2021–2024) the company has maintained a 25% cash dividend. Its peak payout was in 2018, with a 30% cash dividend and a 40% stock dividend.
Mobifone Technical Services JSC (Stock Code: MFS) approved a 25% cash dividend for 2024, equivalent to 2,500 VND per share. The ex-dividend date is October 24, with payment expected on November 27. With nearly 7.1 million outstanding shares, the company is set to distribute approximately 17.7 billion VND.
MobiFone Corporation, the largest shareholder with 31.26% ownership, is expected to receive over 5.5 billion VND. MFS has consistently paid cash dividends since 2018, starting at 1,500 VND per share and peaking at 3,000 VND in 2022. From 2019–2021 and 2023–2024, the dividend has remained stable at 2,500 VND per share.
