In the real estate and tourism sector, T&T Group has proposed the development of the Vinh Luong Mixed-Use Urban and Golf Complex in Bac Nha Trang Ward, spanning approximately 830 hectares with an estimated investment of 23 trillion VND. The project is strategically located in an area designated as a national and international tourism urban space, offering seamless connectivity to airports, seaports, and key service hubs in Khanh Hoa Province.

The integrated development is set to include a 70-hectare urban area, a 36-45 hole golf course covering around 227 hectares, and a tourism-service resort area exceeding 150 hectares. T&T Group envisions this project as a benchmark for international-standard urban-resort-sports living, catering to high-end tourists and residents seeking a blend of entertainment and sports experiences.

In the industrial sector, T&T Group has proposed two industrial park projects in Ninh Hoa District: Ninh An Industrial Park (150 hectares) and Ninh Diem 2 Industrial Park (215 hectares). These parks are part of the Van Phong Economic Zone, one of Khanh Hoa Province’s three strategic growth poles.

Leveraging their proximity to the deep-water Nam Van Phong Port and regional transportation networks, these industrial parks are designed to embrace Industry 4.0 principles, incorporating smart automation and logistics to support advanced manufacturing and export supply chains.

In renewable energy, T&T Group operates multiple wind and solar power projects in Khanh Hoa and surrounding areas, with a combined capacity exceeding 300 MW and a cumulative clean energy output of over 1,366 GWh as of September 2025. The group is actively expanding its renewable energy portfolio, including Phase 2 of the Phuoc Ninh Solar Project, Tra Co Lake, Ba Rau Lake, and offshore wind projects ranging from hundreds to thousands of MW between 2026 and 2030.

During the meeting, Mr. Do Quang Hien, Executive Chairman of T&T Group, highlighted Khanh Hoa’s favorable investment climate, characterized by “heavenly timing, geographic advantage, and harmonious people.” T&T Group is committed to long-term partnership with Khanh Hoa, ensuring timely, compliant, and sustainable project execution to contribute meaningfully to the province’s development. The goal is to establish Khanh Hoa as a regional economic hub and a vital national growth driver.

T&T Group anticipates that these projects, once approved, will catalyze urban, tourism, industrial, and clean energy growth in Khanh Hoa, creating new development corridors linking Van Phong, Nha Trang, and Cam Ranh.
