Vingroup’s Construction Contractor Hiring 50,000 Workers for Masonry, Plastering, Painting, and More – Earn Up to $2,000/Month with Free Accommodation and Meals

Vincons has launched a massive recruitment drive, targeting up to 50,000 workers with salaries ranging from 14 to 47 million VND per month, inclusive of accommodation and meals. The campaign also includes various engineering and technical positions.

The salary range is performance-based. Team leaders can earn between 26 and 47 million VND monthly, while general workers receive 14 to 26 million VND. Final salaries will be negotiated based on skills and experience.

Vincons seeks workers across core construction trades (masonry, plastering, tiling, painting, steel reinforcement, formwork) for nationwide projects.

Alongside manual labor, Vincons is actively recruiting senior personnel. For instance, the “Equipment Management Specialist” role in Hanoi offers 23-28 million VND monthly.

Notably, the “On-Site Technical Specialist” position provides $1,000-$1,400/month (25-35 million VND), with flexible locations including Hai Phong and Ho Chi Minh City, reflecting the company’s nationwide project scope.

Beyond salaries, Vincons offers comprehensive benefits: free accommodation, full insurance coverage, and paid training for unskilled workers. These perks aim to address the industry’s skilled labor shortage.

Vincons, a 100% subsidiary of Vinhomes, serves as the primary contractor for Vinhomes’ projects. This direct recruitment approach explains the campaign’s scale and attractive benefits.

This recruitment surge follows Vincons’ appointment as the EPC contractor for multiple Vingroup projects. The need to staff large-scale construction sites nationwide drives this initiative.

In late September 2024, Vingroup awarded Vincons the EPC contract for the Ha Long Green Urban Complex’s infrastructure, residential, and commercial facilities.

Previously, Vincons secured EPC contracts for Vinhomes Ocean Park 2 and 3 (Hung Yen) and is involved in key projects like Vinhomes Co Loa and Hanoi’s National Exhibition Center.
