According to the master plan, the Binh An Duc Hoa urban area spans over 13.1 hectares, featuring commercial apartment complexes. The project is strategically positioned to cater to the affordable housing segment, offering high-quality residences at reasonable prices. With a total investment of 9.292 trillion VND, the development is expected to accommodate nearly 6,000 households and over 10,000 residents upon completion. Strategically located along Provincial Road 10 (DT825), the project is just a 30-minute drive from the Western Bus Station and a 45-minute drive from Tan Son Nhat Airport’s T3 Terminal, ensuring seamless connectivity to the city center.

When An Cuong officially invested in Thang Loi Real Estate JSC and Thang Loi Homes JSC (Thang Loi Homes), shareholders and investors expressed skepticism about the wood enterprise’s decision. The company’s leadership repeatedly reassured stakeholders, maintaining their strategic vision for the investment. Today, this strategic direction has proven effective, yielding significant returns for An Cuong. In May, after divesting 4.5% of its stake in Thang Loi Homes to a new strategic partner, An Cuong recorded nearly 36 billion VND in profit. Looking ahead, as The Win City project nears completion, An Cuong’s 9.35% stake in Thang Loi Group (parent company of Thang Loi Homes) and 25.5% stake in Thang Loi Homes are projected to generate hundreds of billions in annual profit from this investment. Additionally, An Cuong will supply interior solutions for the entire project, directly boosting revenue from its core business in industrial wood products and solutions.

Progress in legal compliance and the rollout of The Win City project reflects a broader trend in the residential real estate market, where projects are actively being developed or relaunched. This momentum is a key growth driver for An Cuong, as confirmed by the company’s Chairman during a recent shareholder meeting. As a leading player in the industrial wood sector and a trusted partner for top domestic real estate developers, An Cuong’s real estate ventures are poised to significantly contribute to revenue and profit growth, particularly from 2026 onward as multiple projects reach completion and handover stages.

In terms of business performance, the recently released Q3 2025 financial report highlights continued recovery and growth in An Cuong’s revenue and profit. Domestic demand for An Cuong’s wood products saw notable growth compared to the previous quarter and the same period last year. Amid ongoing export challenges due to tariff policies in the key U.S. market, the domestic market has emerged as the primary growth driver for the company in the latest quarter. Specifically, Q3 net revenue reached 1,177.5 billion VND, with after-tax profit at 135.3 billion VND, marking year-over-year increases of 12.8% and 3.7%, respectively. For the first nine months of 2025, cumulative net revenue stood at 2,940.6 billion VND, with after-tax profit at 358.2 billion VND, reflecting growth of 6.4% and 8.6% compared to the same period in 2024, achieving 72.7% and 79.6% of the 2025 revenue and profit targets, respectively.

The company’s total assets continued to grow, reaching 5,981.2 billion VND, with cash and cash equivalents exceeding 2,120 billion VND, accounting for over 35% of total assets. This financial strength positions An Cuong to reinforce its leadership in providing interior solutions across Vietnam and the region, while capitalizing on future investment opportunities to expand production.
