
On November 14th, Vietnam Rubber Industry Group – Joint Stock Company (code: GVR) will finalize its shareholder list for the 2024 cash dividend payment. The dividend rate is set at 4% per share, meaning each shareholder will receive VND 400 for every share owned.
With 4 billion outstanding shares, GVR will allocate VND 1,600 billion for this dividend payout. The state-owned Enterprise Capital Management Committee holds 96.77% of the shares and is expected to receive over VND 1,548 billion. The payment is scheduled for December 12th, 2025.
Looking ahead to 2025, the Group plans to maintain a 4% dividend payout ratio.
In terms of business performance, GVR’s consolidated financial report for Q3 2025 shows a net revenue of VND 9,294 billion, a 20% increase compared to the same period last year. Pre-tax profit reached nearly VND 2,619 billion, doubling from the previous year, while post-tax profit exceeded VND 2,187 billion.
The Group attributes the Q3 2025 profit growth primarily to higher latex prices compared to the same period last year, resulting in increased profits from latex production and sales.
For the first nine months of 2025, Vietnam Rubber Industry Group recorded a net revenue of VND 20,433 billion, a 20% year-on-year increase, achieving 66% of the annual plan. Post-tax profit reached VND 5,217 billion, up 93% year-on-year, surpassing the annual plan by 105%.
On November 5th, Vietnam Rubber Group will hold an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders for 2025 via online platform. The meeting will review the Group’s production and business performance for the first 10 months of 2025 and outline plans for the remaining two months.
Additionally, the Group will propose amendments to its Charter, the Board of Directors’ and Supervisory Board’s Regulations, and the dismissal of the Auditor for the 2021-2026 term. The meeting will also elect new members to the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board for the same term.
As of the market close on November 3rd, GVR’s share price stood at VND 28,350 per share.
