Regarding the sale price, social housing units with a ceiling height of 3.3 meters are priced at 20,800,000 VND per square meter of usable floor area. For social housing units with a ceiling height of 4.5 meters, the price is set at 25,788,000 VND per square meter of usable floor area.

The above prices include the allocated construction costs for the mezzanine in the apartment sale price.

According to the Hung Yen Department of Construction, the social housing prices at the project already include a 10% profit margin for the developer and a 5% value-added tax (VAT).

These prices are based on the usable floor area and are publicly announced to ensure transparency in determining social housing prices.

The CT1 and CT2 apartment complex is located over 30 kilometers from Hanoi’s city center. The project consists of 4 nine-story buildings, including one mezzanine and one rooftop level, offering a total of 1,076 apartments.

Most units range from 30 m² to 50 m², with some larger units reaching 70 m², catering to the needs of workers and young families seeking social housing.

The project is expected to be completed by October 2026. Registration for purchasing applications was open from August 30 to September 30, following regulations on eligibility, conditions, and priority order for buying, renting, or lease-purchasing social housing.
