The Ho Chi Minh City Department of Construction has announced details about the An Sinh Social Housing Project, part of the first phase of the Chanh My Eco-Urban Area in Chanh Hiep Ward. The project is developed by the Housing and Urban Development Corporation (HUD).

Spanning nearly 7,200 square meters, the An Sinh Social Housing Project comprises six buildings with a total of 978 apartments. These include 168 commercial units and 810 social housing units (648 for sale and 162 for rent). The project is expected to be completed by 2026.

According to the Department of Construction, the developer will launch 273 social housing units across three buildings, with apartment sizes ranging from 38.5 to 67.9 square meters.

The tentative selling price is approximately VND 16 million per square meter of net floor area, excluding VAT and maintenance fees. Rental rates are expected to be VND 76,000 per square meter per month.

HUD will begin accepting applications for purchasing or renting social housing units at the An Sinh Social Housing Project from November 20 to November 25, 2025.

Interested individuals can submit their applications at the Sales Department, Project Management Unit No. 8 – HUD, located in the Chanh My Eco-Urban Area, Chanh My Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
