On November 5th, the Dong Nai Provincial Police Investigation Agency issued arrest warrants and search warrants for three suspects: Dinh Van Lien (born in 1981, residing in Long Binh Ward, Dong Nai Province); Nguyen Thi Tuyen (born in 1982, residing in Tam Hiep Ward, Dong Nai Province); and Nguyen Quoc Vu (born in 1978, residing in Tan Thuan Ward, Ho Chi Minh City) – the husband of Doan Di Bang. They are under investigation for the crime of Producing and Trading Counterfeit Goods, which occurred at EBC Dong Nai Medical Factory Joint Stock Company.

Doan Di Bang and her husband own numerous high-value properties, including a 22-billion-VND villa spanning nearly 300 square meters in the former District 7 of Ho Chi Minh City. In 2021, the couple revealed plans to build a 400-billion-VND villa, with interior design by renowned designer Quach Thai Cong. The design fee alone amounted to 140 billion VND.

Additionally, the couple owns a six-story villa in the former Binh Thanh District of Ho Chi Minh City, complete with a private elevator and a land area of approximately 150 square meters, valued at over 10 billion VND. The “District 7 Female Tycoon” also showcased her extravagance by building a villa amidst a pine forest in Da Lat, where her family occasionally retreats for relaxation.

In 2023, the District 7-based businesswoman shared on her timeline: “Just stepped outside to capture the sunset view, and someone immediately offered to buy it. Sold it for 1.5 billion VND with joy…”. The online community was stunned as the 24-billion-VND house was sold in a flash. Many sought her “selling luck” and praised her for swiftly selling during a challenging real estate market.

The house successfully sold by Doan Di Bang is located in the Amelie Villa area of Phu My Hung Urban Area, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City.

Shortly before, the tycoon also mentioned selling two luxury apartments to acquaintances in just a few conversations.

At the time, Di Bang shared that she had just received the keys to two high-end apartments, which were immediately inquired about by buyers. Many commented, “Truly living up to the tycoon reputation, quick and sharp in all business dealings.”

Beyond real estate, Doan Di Bang has also made headlines with her collection of luxury vehicles. In late 2018, the couple purchased a Volvo XC90, renowned for its top-tier safety, priced at approximately 4.5 billion VND, solely for their children’s school commutes.

To celebrate their 3rd wedding anniversary, she received a 2-billion-VND car from her husband. In return, after giving birth to their third child, she gifted him a 7-billion-VND supercar.

One of her standout vehicles is the Mercedes-AMG G63, a luxury SUV priced between 13.5 and 14 billion VND, gifted by her husband, Quoc Vu. The car was later customized to match her personal preferences.

In 2024, businessman Nguyen Quoc Vu gifted his wife a black Bentley Bentayga valued at approximately 19 billion VND.

Doan Di Bang once boasted about taking 100 gold bars to sell. Amid soaring gold prices, her possession of 100 gold bars left netizens in awe.

She shared that she purchased the gold at 57 million VND per tael three years prior.

On her personal social media platforms, Doan Di Bang frequently showcases her luxury purchases, including high-end fashion, diamond collections, and gold. Her home is filled with items from world-renowned brands.

Doan Di Bang, whose real name is Pham Thi Thanh Thuy, was born in 1990 in Ho Chi Minh City into a family with financial struggles. She revealed that she had always aspired to become a wealthy and successful woman from a young age.

On the reality show “Perfect Gentleman,” Doan Di Bang candidly shared why she didn’t pursue higher education after graduating from high school. She explained that her family’s poverty made it impossible to afford university tuition, despite her ability to pass the entrance exams with ease.
