As MIK Group embarks on a new phase, it remains steadfast in its focus on two core sectors: urban residential real estate and resort real estate. This strategic emphasis solidifies its position as a comprehensive developer in the market.
From now until 2030, MIK Group plans to research and launch dozens of new projects spanning thousands of hectares in key markets such as Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Hung Yen, Hai Phong, Long An, Bac Ninh, and Quang Ninh. This marks a period of robust expansion for the group, aimed at strengthening its presence in major markets, developing integrated urban areas, perfecting a modern living ecosystem, diversifying its product portfolio, and expanding customer care services.
Hanoi remains a focal point for MIK Group’s investment. The group continues to concentrate on the capital’s two key growth poles. In the west, following the success of The Matrix One and Imperia Smart City, MIK Group aims to develop integrated urban areas featuring green spaces and comprehensive amenities, fostering a dynamic and balanced living environment for residents.
In the east, Imperia Signature Co Loa stands as a flagship project, heralding MIK Group’s strategic initiatives in the region. Building on this foundation, the group is expanding its investment plans with urban and resort projects in Hung Yen, Cat Ba (Hai Phong), and urban-commercial developments in Ha Long (Quang Ninh) and Bac Ninh. These efforts contribute to shaping the eastern development belt, connecting the capital with the northern coastal region, and embodying the group’s ambition to “reach the open seas” in creating modern, nature-harmonized communities.
In the south, MIK Group is returning with a new development strategy, leveraging its experience from landmark projects in Ho Chi Minh City and Phu Quoc. The group is now focused on an integrated urban-ecological model, where each project not only meets housing needs but also delivers sustainable connectivity and experiences.
With its expertise in developing high-end resort projects, MIK Group will soon introduce the Imperia Holiday product line to the market.
By 2026, MIK Group will reach a significant milestone with the launch of entirely new product lines across multiple segments. The M line represents iconic projects, exemplified by The Matrix One, showcasing exceptional quality and distinctiveness. The I line continues to assert its position in the luxury segment with diverse Imperia-branded concepts. Additionally, MIK Group is preparing to unveil the Imperia Holiday line, tailored for the tourism and resort real estate market. The K line, targeting young customers with a focus on amenities and living experiences, is also part of the group’s plans.
Reflecting on the new phase, a MIK Group representative stated that this is a comprehensive transformation for the company, centered on people and communities. To fulfill its mission of “Creating prosperous communities,” MIK Group identifies three pillars of sustainable development: product quality, customer experience, and social value.
Beyond expansion, MIK Group is committed to elevating the customer experience. A standout initiative is MIK Signature Privileges, an exclusive ecosystem offering personalized services and a seamless post-handover experience for residents and loyal customers.
“As MIK Group expands from the north to the south, it is shaping its own sustainable development map, where each project not only delivers long-term value but also enhances the living experience for communities,” shared a group representative.
