Recently, the leadership of Lam Dong Province held a meeting with Sun Group Corporation to discuss proposed investment research ideas in Lam Dong.

During the meeting, representatives from Sun Group stated that the company has long-planned large-scale investments in Lam Dong. Currently, the group is finalizing procedures for 10 tourism, urban, and infrastructure projects, and is proposing additional investments in other projects.

The projects Sun Group plans to invest in Lam Dong aim to elevate renowned tourist destinations and develop modern urban infrastructure. The corporation is also exploring large-scale infrastructure projects and expanding its research scope across the highland region.

Chairman of Sun Group, Dang Minh Truong, discusses the company’s planned investments in Lam Dong.

“With our expertise in developing key tourism and service projects, we are committed to ensuring that each Sun Group investment not only supports urban economic and infrastructure growth but also enhances local livelihoods and elevates the region’s tourism brand,” shared Chairman Dang Minh Truong.

Sun Group also urged the Lam Dong Provincial People’s Committee to clarify investment priorities in key economic sectors. The province should focus on infrastructure development, particularly transportation, to enhance inter-regional connectivity. Local agencies are encouraged to streamline administrative procedures, creating an efficient and investor-friendly environment with optimized processing times.

At the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, Ho Van Muoi, emphasized the importance of Sun Group’s proposed tourism investments. He directed local agencies to collaborate and guide the company during its investment research phase.

In recent months, several real estate companies have intensified their investment research in the province. In June, Tan Hoang Minh Chairman Do Anh Dung proposed a 4,300-hectare urban tourism and film studio complex in Xuan Tho Commune, former Da Lat City. In former Bao Loc City, Hung Thinh Corporation suggested a 6,000-hectare Sapung Mountain urban tourism development.
