Bảo Việt Group to Disburse Over VND 780 Billion in Dividends for 2024

On November 17, 2025, Bao Viet Group will finalize its shareholder list to distribute over VND 783.2 billion in dividends for 2024, at a rate of 10.551%.

Recently, Bao Viet Group (Stock Code: BVH, HoSE) announced the Board of Directors’ Resolution approving the 2024 dividend payment plan for shareholders.

Accordingly, Bao Viet Group will pay dividends to shareholders in cash at a rate of 10.551%, meaning shareholders holding 1 share will receive 1,055.1 VND. The final registration date for eligibility is November 17, 2025, with dividend payments commencing on December 19, 2025.

With over 742.3 million BVH shares currently circulating in the market, it is estimated that Bao Viet Group will allocate more than 783.2 billion VND for this dividend payout.

Regarding business performance, according to the consolidated financial report for Q3/2025, Bao Viet Group recorded nearly 9,749.6 billion VND in net revenue from insurance business activities, a slight increase compared to the same period last year.

Additionally, the company generated over 3,585 billion VND in revenue from financial activities, up 15.5% year-on-year. Correspondingly, financial expenses rose from 526.4 billion VND to 669.3 billion VND, while business management costs increased by 30.1% to over 1,858.9 billion VND.

As a result, after deducting taxes and fees, Bao Viet Group reported a net profit of nearly 797.8 billion VND, a 42.5% increase compared to the previous year.

For the first nine months of 2025, Bao Viet Group achieved over 30,384.4 billion VND in net revenue from insurance business activities, a 3.5% increase compared to the same period in 2024; post-tax profit reached more than 2,188.6 billion VND, up 35.2%.

As of September 30, 2025, Bao Viet Group’s total assets increased by 8.6% since the beginning of the year, reaching nearly 272,801.5 billion VND. Of this, investments held to maturity totaled nearly 239,313.2 billion VND, accounting for 87.7% of total assets, comprising short-term and long-term deposits, bond investments, and advances from redemption values.

On the liabilities side, total payables stood at over 247,243.6 billion VND, an 8.6% increase since the beginning of the year. Insurance reserves amounted to more than 197,433 billion VND, representing 79.9% of total liabilities.
