ASAM Securities Corporation has announced the resignation of Ms. Tran Thi Phap, Chief Accountant, effective November 3, 2025. Her last working day is scheduled for November 19, 2025.

In her resignation letter, Ms. Phap pledged not to disclose, use, or provide any information related to ASAM Securities Corporation, including but not limited to project details, business plans, partner and client information. She also committed to fully handover all work-related files, documents, and communications during her tenure at ASAM.

ASAM Securities Corporation is a key entity within the ecosystem of Asam Asset Management, a leading South Korean asset management group.

In Q3 2025, ASAM reported operating revenue of over VND 15.2 billion, a 77% increase year-over-year. Notably, revenue from financial assets at fair value through profit or loss (FVTPL) surged to nearly VND 12 billion, up 197% compared to Q3 2024.

Operating expenses for Q3 totaled nearly VND 5 billion, down 6% year-over-year, while administrative expenses rose 27% to over VND 4 billion compared to the same period in 2024.

As a result, ASAM recorded a post-tax profit of over VND 6.1 billion in Q3, 28 times higher than Q3 2024. This positive performance drove the nine-month net profit to VND 9.1 billion, a fourfold increase year-over-year.
